Print Media are media that are present in printed forms. It can be defined as something that uses paper and ink.
Broadcast Media is a form of media that aims to spread information over a large audience. Commonly presented in an audio-visual form.
New Media is media that exist through the innovations in our technology today.


Unlocking the Definitions

Print Media- media consisting of paper and ink,reproduced in a printing process that is traditionally mechanical.

Broadcast Media- media such as radio and television that reach target audience using airwaves as the transmission medium.

New media- content organized and distributed on digital platforms.

It gives us the information that we need in order to live our daily life with ease. An example of this would be knowledge about the schedule of the train. If you know what time the next train or bus would come then you would not keep wondering and you would do things based on that knowledge and not on chance. It gives the rider the power when to come to the station because of his/her knowledge about the train schedule.
